We have al fresco dining and barbeques in our veins. . As importers of Portuguese speciality foods we wanted to offer some of the specialities and dining experiences that Portugal has to offer. We started to do barbeques offering loins of pork, chicken piri piri, sardine "festas" parties and flaming chourico bbq's, we progressed to another speciality from the North of Portugal.
Tim Clements with a Portuguese background has imported Portuguese specialities since 1991. Over the years as we promoted Portuguese fine foods we have grown into expert caterers of spit roasts and barbeques. Catering to private individuals, corporate organisations, celebrities and royalty.
Our journey started in 2004, and over the last 15 years we have grown and expanded our business, supplying our services to many private clients and catering our delicious roasts at London street food markets, one day events and festivals nationwide.
