Founder and Director of The Gypsy Hill Smokehouse, Tim has established himself as one of the 'best hog roast caterers' in the business. He has been pivotal in the market food scene, having held a permanent residence at Borough Market for 15 years. He is the approved spit roast caterer for Oaks Farm and Club Langley for weddings and corporate events. His passion and drive is testament to his success. 


In addition to the food elements of what he does, Tim is also a qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling Therapist and the founder of PQ Purpose Coaching aimed at transforming the lives of men, to live a focused, balanced life. A Mental Health First Aider with Mental Health First Aid England, Action Learning Facilitation with The Hub UK and has 20 years experience supporting the Mankind Project UK & Ireland (Registered Charity) and is currently a certified Co-Leader. 

Most recently, he has been working at a community level, supporting a Kids Cooking project in lockdown called CookNConnect. The project has brought together hundreds of families in lockdown, via live cooking classes aimed at tackling loneliness in isolation.

Qualifications; Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management Science from The University of Hull. Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling (Foundations), the MOE Foundation’s Coach Training Course and currently, in progress, Transformational Life Coaching program with Animas. CSE Touch Typing, member of the South London Swimming Club - Outdoor cold water swimming at the Tooting Bec Lido, owner of a Golf GTi MkII 1989 (red).
