Barbecue Meat Platter

12 hour Oak Smoked Beef Brisket – Nantclyd Farm, Aberystwyth, Biodynamic, Demeter certified pasture fed Herefordshire steer. Pulled pork – Free range from our farmer near Maidstone in Kent. Marinated porchetta style. Corn Fed Free Range Chicken – with a smoked paprika, piri piri marinade a la Portuguesa. Meaty Free Range Pork Ribs – St Louis pork ribs marinated and served on the bone. This will be served on Eco Leaf platters with honey, siracha coleslaw and fluffy naan breads, with chimichurri, siracha mayo and barbecue sauce.
